📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and supervise the construction of new coffee shops and infrastructure.,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing coffee shops and infrastructure.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit construction plans, permits, and reports.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry.,Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
