Cemerlang Mining is seeking a Deputy Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, ensuring we find the best talent for our growing company. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills and qualifications required for various roles.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are considered.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes.,Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and interview performance.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining or related industries.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
