📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track fleet vehicles in real-time using GPS technology.
• Analyze vehicle data to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Generate reports on fleet performance and fuel consumption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle tracking and monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest GPS and fleet management technologies.
• Provide training and support to drivers on the use of GPS devices.
• Collaborate with the traffic management team to optimize vehicle routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with GPS tracking systems such as Geotab, Teltonika, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
