Bidang Zahra Restaurant is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you are passionate about people and have a strong background in HR, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing support.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit programs.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
