📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet the company's performance standards.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement.,Conduct regular reviews and updates on client accounts to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
