📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a section of operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Manage budgets and resources allocated to the section, ensuring optimal utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
