In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify and cultivate key partnerships with local schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders. You will develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure the resources needed to support our educational programs. Your ability to build strong relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements will be crucial in expanding our reach and impact.

Based in the vibrant and culturally rich city of Canggu, Bali, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 25,000,000 - IDR 40,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of our educational programs.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and event planning, to secure the resources needed to support our programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
• Analyze and report on the success of partnerships and fundraising efforts to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach campaigns that highlight the impact of our educational programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership-building and fundraising to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.
• Manage a team of fundraising and partnership coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Represent APSN Education Services at local and national events to build awareness and support for our mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership-building and fundraising, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships and fundraising efforts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising and partnership strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with grant writing and donor cultivation best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
