📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards and meet our clients' expectations,Monitor client feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices,Develop and implement client satisfaction and retention strategies to ensure our clients continue to choose our services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role in the hospitality or consulting industry,Strong knowledge of international business practices and cultures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues,Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant technology tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
