📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the geological aspects of open pit mining operations, including exploration, resource estimation, and mine planning,Conduct geological surveys and investigations to identify and evaluate potential mineral deposits,Develop and implement geological models and strategies to optimize mining operations and maximize resource recovery,Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, geotechnical specialists, and environmental scientists, to achieve project goals,Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff, and mentor and develop their skills and knowledge,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our operations as appropriate

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in open pit mining operations, with a strong background in geological exploration, resource estimation, and mine planning,Proven track record of success in managing geological projects and delivering results on time and within budget,Strong technical skills and knowledge of geological software and tools, including AutoCAD, Surpac, or similar,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders,Ability to travel frequently, including to remote and challenging locations, as needed,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
