📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage tax obligations, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead the implementation of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting and tax professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial and tax-related issues and opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and taxation, and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification in accounting and taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
