📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee sales and operational activities in the assigned area.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.

Conduct regular visits to sales outlets to assess performance and provide support.

Provide training and guidance to sales teams to improve performance.

Report on sales performance and operational activities to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with sales and distribution operations is a plus.

Ability to travel extensively.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
