In this role, you’ll work closely with our procurement team to source the best products at competitive prices, while also liaising with suppliers to maintain strong relationships. Your analytical skills will help you forecast demand and manage inventory efficiently, ensuring our shelves are always well-stocked. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the health and beauty sector
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our products
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock availability
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust procurement strategies accordingly
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth product distribution and stock replenishment
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of the health and beauty industry, including product categories and market trends
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for business travel
