📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, milk-based drinks, and specialty coffee drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Ensure that the coffee shop is running smoothly by following standard operating procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are prepared and served efficiently and accurately.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and be willing to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies.
• Assist in the preparation of food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, to complement the coffee menu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, drip, and pour-over.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other coffee shop management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.
