📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage the performance of the delivery team.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the delivery team.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure all deliveries are made on time and according to customer specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
