📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in preparing and mixing dough and ingredients for various bakery products.
- Assist in baking bread, pastries, and cakes in our commercial ovens.
- Help in decorating and packaging bakery items for sale.
- Support kitchen cleanliness and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bakery production.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor production issues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of bakery techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with using kitchen tools and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
