Seed Base Unggul is seeking a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the quality of our events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordination with vendors and event staff.,Ensure the smooth operation of banquet services during events, including setup, execution, and cleanup.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Maintain the quality and presentation of banquet services, ensuring they meet the highest standards.,Assist in inventory management and procurement of banquet supplies and equipment.,Collaborate with the banquet manager to ensure all events run according to schedule and budget.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banquet services or a related field.,Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.,High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in event management or hospitality is a plus.
