📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support sales consultants in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Train and mentor new sales consultants to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring product availability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
