📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and market our portfolio of rental properties, ensuring they are presented attractively to international clients.
• Assist international clients in finding their ideal rental properties, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Use CRM systems and property management software to track and manage rental properties.
• Stay updated with market trends and local regulations to provide the best possible service to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and local partners.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance checks to ensure high-quality standards.
• Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in rental properties and international markets.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with international property markets and expatriate needs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in Bali.
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
