📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage international freight shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare and process customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Monitor and track shipments using logistics software such as SAP and SeaStar.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and communicate regularly with clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with international shipping regulations and best practices.
• Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the shipping process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP and SeaStar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
