📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to support the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
