📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and track IT service requests and incidents using ServiceNow and Jira.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based services.
- Document and follow up on IT-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide the best support.
- Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical IT issues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate in IT or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
