📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to provide excellent service to customers.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.,Manage inventory and ensure that all food and beverage items are well-stocked and of high quality.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues and improve service quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.,Monitor and report on service performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing F&B service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
