📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a pleasant and efficient check-in/check-out process.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Manage front desk operations, including key cards, room assignments, and billing.,Assist in training and supervising other receptionists to ensure high service standards.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with front office software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
