🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live streaming, hosting, or content creation.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or Streamlabs.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Certification in live streaming or content creation is a plus.
