📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop effective learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and maintain learning management systems to ensure smooth operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone).,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
