📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.
• Ensuring that the restaurant meets and exceeds industry standards for food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
• Managing the restaurant's budget, including staffing costs, food and beverage costs, and other operational expenses.
• Leading and inspiring the restaurant's team, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
• Ensuring that the restaurant's marketing and promotional activities are effective and aligned with the company's goals.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring that the restaurant's health and safety policies and procedures are followed and that all staff are properly trained.
• Ensuring that the restaurant's environmental policies and procedures are followed and that all staff are properly trained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of success in managing budgets, staff, and operations.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage industry standards, including health and safety regulations.
• Strong marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
