Centennial Food Corporation is seeking a dedicated Sales Administration Specialist to join our team in the North Luzon and Bali operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the administration of sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative documents.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals.,Assist in the organization and management of sales events and promotions.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
