📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's objectives and the needs of the employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they can apply what they have learned in their roles.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training programs are integrated with other HR initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Prepare and present training reports to management, highlighting the impact of the training programs.,Identify and recommend new training opportunities and resources to enhance employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
