You will leverage your expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2 to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in digital transformation projects.
• Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and AI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
